OFAD is a business software publisher and digital design studio based in Saintes, Charente-Maritime, France. We design five SaaS apps: Plat Témoin (HACCP), Vision Pro Collectivité (town halls), GeoTag (tourism and heritage), Uluhou (micro-action coaching, skills and VAE accreditation) and Mettron (quotes, invoicing and CRM for tradespeople). We also build custom websites and apps for small businesses, SMEs, associations and local authorities.
How much does a website from OFAD cost?
A landing page starts at €390, a showcase website at €890, a website with a shop or bookings at €1,490, a custom app at €1,590. You pay for the build once; the OFAD Studio tool to edit your website is included. The subscription (from €29/month, no commitment) is optional. Is the tool to edit my website included?
Yes. Every website built by OFAD comes with OFAD Studio: pages, photos, events, online booking, commission-free shop, members area, guided search visibility, pre-publication checks and undo. It is included in the build price, with no mandatory subscription.

Plat Témoin is a SaaS app for HACCP compliance in food service: temperature readings, traceability, cleaning schedule, labels, Food Safety Management Plan, recipes, menus and microbiological sampling. A free version is available; Premium plans start at €29/month.
What is Vision Pro Collectivité?
Vision Pro Collectivité brings a town's digital tools together in a single app: reports, maintenance management, schools, after-school care, canteen, early years, planning, cemetery, venue management, associations, accounting, HR and more. The price follows the size of the town.
What is GeoTag?
GeoTag is a local discovery app combining an AI audio guide, heritage promotion and local life. It is aimed at tourist offices and local authorities who want to bring their area to life; it is free for residents.
What is Uluhou?
Uluhou is a micro-action coaching app: it turns a goal into small, concrete steps, has them validated one by one and keeps every success in a tamper-proof, time-stamped log. It is used for personal coaching, team support (sheltered workshops, care homes), HR and skills recognition (VAE, RAE, reviews). Free for yourself; Pro plan from €9.99/month.
Which areas does OFAD cover?
OFAD works mainly in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Charente-Maritime, Charente, Deux-Sèvres, Gironde), and anywhere in France. Meetings take place by video call; if it helps the project, we come to you once to see your setting.
How long does it take to build a website?
A landing page or showcase website is online 1 to 2 weeks after the brief. For a larger project — shop, custom app — the timeframe depends on the project, and never exceeds 5 weeks. It is stated in the quote.
Can I get the source code of my website?
Yes. The source code is transferred to the client, the domain name is in their name, and the website can be exported as a single file from OFAD Studio. You can change provider at any time: it's a no-lock-in guarantee we always offer.

Is my data sold or exploited?
No, never. None of our apps sell or use your data for advertising. It is only used to run the service you use. Zero trackers, zero third-party ads, zero algorithms deciding for you.
Where is the data hosted?
Exclusively in the European Union, with GDPR-compliant hosting providers. No data leaves Europe. Compliance is built in from the design stage, not added afterwards.
How do getting started and commitment work?
We always start with a free version or a trial period, to assess your real needs together. Plat Témoin is a simple monthly subscription. Vision Pro and GeoTag require set-up and support: the framework is then clearly agreed with you, with no nasty surprises.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Plat Témoin offers a genuinely usable free version (1 site, 2 users, unlimited readings). For Vision Pro and GeoTag, we give you a demo based on your real use cases, with no commitment.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Plat Témoin works without a sensor, or with consumer sensors at €12-25 that you buy freely wherever you like. No closed ecosystem, no imposed hardware.
How long does it take to get started?
Very little. Installation takes a few minutes, and we bulk-import your existing data from your Excel files — suppliers, places, staff, registrations. You're up and running in days, not months.
Are your apps accessible?
Yes. Accessibility and GDPR are built in from the design stage. You stay compliant with no effort on your part — that's our job, not yours.
What if I'm missing a feature, or a whole app?
That's planned for. Our apps can be adjusted and extended with new features. And if your need is truly specific, we audit your organisation to design a custom app, just for you.
Is the maintenance subscription mandatory?
No, it's 100% optional. The build alone gives you a complete website, online and working, with the source code transferred. The subscription (from €29/month excl. VAT, no commitment) is a convenience service — managed hosting, backups, security, support — only if you'd rather delegate.
Is there a free HACCP app?
Yes: Plat Témoin. It's a French HACCP app whose essential everyday features (temperature readings, traceability, cleaning schedule, labels) are free, with no time limit. Premium plans start at €29/month excl. VAT and add AI (delivery note scanning) and multi-site management.
