- We are committed to an RGAA 4.1 accessibility audit process. A point often overlooked by competing apps, even though failing to publish an accessibility statement exposes the town to a fine of up to €50,000.

How much does Vision Pro Collectivité cost?
Subscription starts at €29/month for very small municipalities; most towns are around €59/month. No multi-thousand-euro setup fees or overpriced maintenance.
Is Vision Pro GDPR and accessibility compliant?
Yes. Data hosted in Europe, automatic GDPR-compliant purges, and digital accessibility meeting the French RGAA standard.
How do population SMS alerts work?
SMS alerts are sent by zone, for crisis communication as well as everyday information, and are billed at cost price, with no hidden margin.
Can Vision Pro replace our current software?
That is the goal: schools, town planning, civil registry, room bookings, associations, citizen reports, internal and external communication are brought together in one platform, with Excel/PDF import and export for data reversibility.
Are staff access rights compartmentalised?
Yes. Permissions are fine-grained, by department and role (read/write), with temporary substitutions during absences.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT not applicable to date (art. 293 B, French Tax Code). The publisher is under the small-business exemption; VAT at the legal rate will be added to the ex-VAT price once registered, with no change to that price. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
